This policy explains the information we process and the choices available to you. We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate the site, answer support requests and fulfil orders.
Information we collect
Information is supplied directly by you or generated when you use the site.
- Contact and checkout details such as your name, email address, optional phone number, country, billing details, selected plan and setup notes.
- Messages you send through email, WhatsApp or Telegram and the information required to resolve your request.
- Basic technical and security data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and session identifiers.
- Optional analytics information only after you select “Allow analytics” in the site privacy choices.
How we use information
- Process invoice requests, activate services and provide account or device support.
- Protect customers and the service from abuse, fraud and technical failures.
- Maintain order, support and accounting records and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Improve site reliability, documentation and customer experience.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with staff and service providers that need it to perform the requested service, such as email delivery, payment, hosting and configured support-notification providers. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and sessions
The checkout uses an essential session cookie for security, form state and the receipt. The analytics choice is stored in your browser; Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Allow analytics.” Embedded media may use third-party storage when you interact with it. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer, although blocking the essential session cookie can prevent checkout from working.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us from the email address associated with your order so we can verify the request.
