By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an order. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country. Service descriptions, compatibility information and availability may change as devices, apps, networks and third-party services change.

You are responsible for using apps, subscriptions and content only where you have the legal right to do so. ipSmart does not grant rights to third-party programming, trademarks or broadcasts and does not override geographic or rightsholder restrictions.

  • The checkout is an invoice request; payment instructions are sent separately for the method you select.
  • The full price, number of connections and any service charge are displayed before you submit the order.
  • Activation begins after payment is confirmed. Timing depends on verification and service availability, so no fixed delivery window is guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for providing a working email address and accurate order information.
  • Keep credentials private and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One purchased connection permits one simultaneous stream unless the order expressly includes additional connections.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, attack or interfere with the service or other customers.

Internet quality, device performance, apps and third-party providers are outside our control. Maintenance, rights changes and technical incidents can affect availability. Links and third-party products are provided for convenience and remain subject to their own terms.

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, fraud, credential sharing, unlawful use, security threats or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and offer a way to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or failures caused by your network, device or third-party services. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
